Use this healthy mom holiday gift guide to get your Black Friday shopping done in a beat

Black Friday is just around the corner, and as moms, we usually are too worried worrying about shopping for everyone else that we don’t have time to think about what we want! This year, I want you to spend a little bit of time thinking of what you want! However, I know you don’t have hours to browse Amazon, so I’ve gathered some items that I love or that are on my personal wish list!

You can send this list to your partner and let him know anything on this list is fair game! Any of these items are perfect for the mom who is looking to up her health and fitness game in the new year!

Workout Gear

Let’s be honest, working out is a million times better when you already love how you look! If you dread working out, having a new outfit or accessory can give you the push you need to press play or hit the gym. Here are a few of my favorite workout clothing and accessories!

  • Running shoes: A good pair of shoes makes all the difference in your fitness journey.

  • Belt Bag: A fancy name for a fanny pack! BAHAHA They’re coming back for a reason, they’re so useful!

  • Coil Hair Ties: Coil hair ties and scrunchies are great for pulling your hair up during a workout because they’re much gentler on your hair than normal rubber bands.

In the Kitchen

The kitchen is my jam! I love helpful tools for meal prep and making healthier versions of my favorite foods! If you’re looking to up your nutrition, then grab these asap!

  • Air fryer: An air fryer is on my must-have list! I use it all the time when I’m preparing my favorite meals. Once you have an air fryer you can make my five of my favorite 10-minute meals for families on the go.

  • The Skinny Taste Cookbook: Skinny Taste is my go-to blogger for recipes and I love having her cookbooks in my home!

  • Collagen Peptides: Collagen is so good for your hair, skin, nails, joints, tendons and ligaments. You can mix into just about any drink and enjoy the benefits! There is also a special collagen creamer made for your coffee, in case you want a little something extra!

  • Macro-Friendly Recipe Cards: While we may get most of our recipes online, it’s still so special to save family-favorite recipes to hand down to your kids. These cards even have space to write the macro info!

  • Hand-held milk-frother: I am a coffee girl through and through! These hand-held milk frothers are so cool! It’s a great tool to use to mix those collagens in!

  • Girl, Stop Apologizing: People pleasers and dreamers alike need this book! If you’re ready to turn your dreams into reality, grab this book!

  • Five Second Rule: Mel Robbins teaches the one simple rule to take your life into your own hands and progress your life further along. It’s a great skill to have and a must-read!

  • The Four Agreements: This book changed my life! It helped set me on the path to a positive mindset. If you want to change your mindset, then get this ASAP!

  • High-Performance Habits: If you’re ready to be happy and successful, then grab this book! It will teach you the habits you need to uplevel your life in every way.

Accessories

  • Fitness watch: If you want to start tracking your workouts, calories and food, then a fitness tracker is a great gift! I love using mine to make sure I’m getting enough calories each day! I use an Apple Watch, but you can use a Fitbit, Garmin or any other watch that you prefer!

  • Yoga mat: If you workout at home or love going to yoga, pilates and barre classes at the gym, then put a yoga mat on your list this Christmas. If you really want to up your yoga mat game, then grab this self-rolling yoga mat!

  • Wireless headphones: I love my Apple Airpods for workouts and all the mom-life duties that are made better by music and phone calls to the hubby!

  • Foam roller: The perfect companion to a hard workout! A foam roller is great for helping you recover and keep you limber!

  • CBD Oil Sports Cream: CBD Oil is a great way to relieve sore muscles. CBD Oil is non-psychedelic and is perfectly safe to use!

  • Recovery gun: A massage recovery gun is a great tool to have in your arsenal when you’re experiencing deep muscle pain.

  • Hydroflask: I love the Hydroflask because it keeps my water cold all year long - even in these hot Arizona temps! This one even has a convenient lid that makes drinking from it easier!
